  1. These are still here guys. Cheers Rick
  2. No mate, they are Evo 5 seat rails but it's pretty easy to make them fit a Starlet. I'm pretty sure you cut the feet off and weld your ep rails on. I'm not the most technical person but I'm pretty sure thats what you need to do.
  3. I'm not having a pop at anybody Dean, the issue was raised so I gave my opinion. There is nothing wrong with a little competition though mate, it drives innovation and prices down which is great for the community.
  4. It is something I would be interested in and I do have a few items I can send for replication but I will need some confirmed orders before I pay the tooling cost etc.
  5. Ok guys, this is the only post I'm going to make on this subject as I don't want to fall out with anybody. The admin team have made their decision and although I may not agree with them, I accept it. Just so you are aware, the point you have made about the traders not being involved in the decision is not what was communicated to me. I was told by Geo that he didn't see any problems with me being a trader on the forum but he was waiting for the decision of the existing traders. Once I recieved the decision Geo told me that the traders had been consulted and they did not want me coming on boar
  6. I still have these guys. I also now have the rails but they just need bolting onto the seats now.
  7. I've got one for sale: http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....c=47478&hl=
  8. Well in answer to your question, no i won't be producing anything in carbon for the Starlet community as my application for a traders position has been rejected. It's a shame really but there you go!!!
  9. Sorry that should have said trusted and registered trader over on the MLR.
  10. True but I need a Market to be able to reach if I'm going to spend the money developing a product. There are very few carbon products available for the starlet and I would like to produce a good range but without being a trader on here then it just wouldn't be worthwhile. I'm a trusted seller over on the MLR though.
  11. If I ever get trader status then I have plans to produce them.
  12. I bought and item from Stewart and he was fantastic. He always kept me informed and updated and delivery was really quick. Cheers mate
  13. I bought a Carbing slam panel from baberbaksh123 which arrived today. It was really well packaged and he let me know what was happening. Top seller, cheers
  14. Try some of the specialist companies that the Evo and Scooby guys use. Try Keith Michaels and speak to Gary Moulson, he might be able to help you. I remember getting my quote from him for the Evo and I was expecting a real raping due to the amount of mods. Basically Gary just said "just put anything you like on and then list it on the form, we also replace mods like for like. As long as you don't go over 400 bhp do what you like". That was a very refreshing experience lol!!! I was paying £640 fully comp with business use on the Evo, I am ancient though lol!! I did cover my gt with t
  15. I know where you are coming from. I went out for a great meal last night and also had coffee. There was no way I could sleep so ended up playing black ops until 03:30. Then I was up at 06:30 with my 2 year old watching cbeebies. God I'm tired lol!!!!
  16. If you are replacing all 4 tyres then consider changing the size to 185/60/14 as that size is much more common.
  17. I know it fella. I was kicking myself the day I said goodbye to it. I did have an arrangement with the new owner that he would give me first refusal when he came to sell it but unfortunately it got stolen and it was gone forever I still miss my GT everyday.
  18. I just thought I'd post a couple of my old mk1 GT which I owned for 8.5 years and did 100k miles in it and it never let me down once. I still regret selling it and really want it back but that's never going to happen as it was stolen from the new owner 3 weeks after me selling it. One day I'll have another GT.
  19. Thanks for the offer Idrees, that's very much appreciated, and something I may well take you up on. Thanks for the advice on the pallet wrap
  20. I'm open to that but I would want a little bit more for the packing as they really do need to be packaged well. I would need at least a full roll of industrial shrink wrap.
  21. Thanks for the offer but it's a no I'm afraid.
