i think the problem has been solved. the tps was fine. but one of the vacumes had a minute hole in. and as soon as this was sorted engine pured like a kitten a again still ticking over hi but will reset the tps again tomorrow and hopefully should be good for some track time on sat

true mate i would just get the supra one like you first was going to get at least its toyota and you no your tps should fit on it and work lol

i had a bracket made for it mate as you say the brackets were wank mine kept falling off lol so got one made out o a billet of alloy it aint falling off now just can not get it set up. it can not be that as today i have used another tps off a glanza that has never been fiddled with.

no they were not over tightened mate i just think with the stupid thing been on and off so many times. yes going jdm tomorrow he said he is going to put some helicals or something in them as it can not be retapped at a mate bolt size it would have to go bigger. and he said he will sort the tps out. sick to death of it paul eh. wait and see mate that secret turbo we no about will be on it in no time. what you on tomorrow can not even text you left my phone at spyat. lol it wont tick over any lower than 3.5k lol if people look all shout wat the fuck you looking at lol

cheers for the quick reply mate but it aint that because when you disconnect the tps it ticks over fine only when the tps is plugged in does it rev up and down

i have followed all of the instructions on how to set the manual tps on the gt. but is there a certain amount of revs the car is ment to be set at before you go thro the process o setting the tps. i do every thing it says and have all the correct readings on a multimeter but the same thing happens it revs up and down. please help

things aint looking good for mini valver mate. fucking night mare i have had today. feel like burning it out. was on my way home from petes after just setting the tps and it blows all 4 bolts and strips the threads between the throttle body and the inlet. peice of shit it is.

the rear calipers dont rebuild very well sorry to piss on the bonfire like but getting fresh ones is pretty much the only way in the long run mate. 214 aint to bad. try your local car parts supplier on an exchange basiss. our local car parts supplier was 132 pound wat is really good.

honestly does sound like an air leak especially at them revs. try spraying plus gas or wd40 near all the inlet and stuff like that if it revs up a little more you no it is drawing in air it should not be. it is just a engine and they all work the same.

you have an air leak mate there is no need to play about with any thing even if you have taken the air con out. wat ever you do dont play about with the tps they are an absalute twat to reset trust me i no. if you want to check that it is the tps disconnect it the car will still run fine. and it wont be the map sensor. it maybe no vacumes could be inlet gaskets throttle body gaskets stuff like that you sure your throttle cable is not to tight

i have a vf23 at home that is spares i am sure they are the same as the td04 so if you want al take it out and send you it

agree with driver. you could get another nipple from a scrappy mate any turbo will have one derv or petrol

dont take it from the inlet that is a negative preasure zone and you dont get vaccume at that nipple on the turbo it is always possitive. they do just unsrew mate. good look

yes lot of money mate i think 350ish wat you should make with your turboand with the gearing you have you wont be able to change fast enough any ways lol
