  2. Ahhh i see, pretty normal for these then. =] This isnt the first post from you thats helped mate, so thanks =]
  3. The standard exhaust tip, is making the exhaust sound like its blowing. It's not a great deal, but noticable when your stood behind the car. However, its not a beehive buzzing sound that you normally get, its like a purring little rumble/gurgle sort off sound. I've examined the whole system and it appears to be the very end little tailpipe! Is this a common problem? does anyone else's glanza sound like this? =]
  4. This is identical to mine when i first bought it, Completely standard,Wheels trims,Tints, colour and funnily enough i got mr2 roadster wheels too! lol The tints are indeed an optional extra & i had to do my front left cvboot for mot when i picked mine up, so if you have any queries on that just let me know mate! Get some pics of these black mr2 wheels because i been toying on gettin mine done. =]

  8. So its just the hangers that need modifying? the bends in the piping etc is all the same? =]

  10. Cant be doing with the added noise, that removing a tiny little carpet creates matey! ha
  11. Ye i intend on making a mdf floor in the long run.
  12. Especially when 30 minutes ago i had Twin subs, large amp! That removed along with the back seats im sure will make a difference. May i add, i kept the carpet though. The carpet which is clipped to the back of the back seat sits lovely over the horrible metal ;p I reckon it looks awesome!
  13. Nobody has modified the standard intake on boonet scoop to fit the rx7 intercooler? ;s
  14. As enzo has mentioned in a prior post, Because the RX7 TMIC is a lot wider, The oem scoop intake (rubber square Under scoop) Doesn't quite fit the rx7 TMIC intercooler as much as I'd like. So I'm going to DIY my own to create a perfect seal ensuring maximum Cooling. I'm sure many people have done this so was after Some ideas + pictures. Did you modify the standard rubber square, or did you remove it all together? etc =] Thanks =]
  15. Just bought one of these of Idrees, Looking forward to getting it on. =]
  16. Anyone know why TGTT forum won't work on my computer or laptop, Firefox or internet explorer :S Really bugs me! Thanks
  17. Rubix, How's the fitment on them then? Surely not striaght fit? Looking at gettin one but bewildered on how i'd fit it. =] Thanks dude
  18. This is an awesome post! Gives people like me looking to push more bhp out of my stock glanza engine a rough idea of what bhp/performance I'll be looking with similar mods! Good work =]
  19. Looked as if both had FMIC's and the glanza had SICK rims on it.
  20. yes i got the 205's on the rear mate, have you? I Didnt get mr2 nuts with the wheels, so for 1 night i had them fitted with standard 'Steelie' nuts, Everyone said it wasnt a good idea so bought some toyota alloy ones today. Sure they'll be fine =]
  21. The wheels didnt come with nuts mate i was concerned with the Steel nuts grinding down the 'Alloy' wheels, The steel is made of a much tougher material so when doing the wheels up, it would just wind and wind up slowly grinding the Alloy. Anyhow i've invested in some Alloy nuts now, so Job done & thread answered.
  22. good evening folks, Picked up a mint set of mr2 roadster wheels last night, Have them fitted to the glanza now with Standard Wheel nuts. Wanted to ensure this was safe? they seem safe enough but i read somewhere about using different nuts? Also, although I've upgraded from skinny Steelies to Alloys, The steering is little bit but noticeably heavier and the tyre's Have the correct PSI. Is this just because i've changed over to bigger/wider Alloys? Regards
  23. I Fixed a similar issue on my Glanza only last week! It was the bronze cover that the split pin goes through on the cv joint. When i changed the cv boot, i didn't Fit the split pin back in tight enough and it was rattling sooooo bad. hope this helps pal.
