Cheers for that had a look through all of them , the orignal colour of my GT is that 6l2 black/green they should of left it like that

Yea I see it on eBay twice first time I didn't win it but then was re-listed due to time waster then I won it that time She has been neglected over the years from previous owner by the amount of mud I've pulled out of this thing i think it's been rallyed The off side sill was rotten but I've had a whole new sill put on it and any little rust I find I've sorted out I wanna keep my mk1 in an orignal colour I'll either do it that burgundy colour or the gunmetal grey above

Yea it looked pretty cool if it was done properly I would of left it like that but it looked like Stevie wonder done the spray job and stickers Do no exactly what that colour is called phill ?

Well I thought I may aswell make a little progress blog of my mk1 glowbadge GT I bought her end of August of eBay , I was looking for glow badge as I've all wanted one and this one popped up The body work was awfull but i had plans of making her shine again !! But on the way home the oil return pipe split causing it to chew the big ends This is how she looked when I got her After I got her recovered she went straight in my lock up and engine was out that day on a engine stand to see if it could be saved but damage had gone to far I sourced an engine and got it in there and running And this is how she looks now , not very pretty but it's work in progress Don't ask me what colour I'm going to re spray her as I can't make up my mind Im concentrating on making her solid first and everything mechanically is sweet before I pay out for a full re-spray Found a picture of my old GT anyone know who has got it now ? Just took a few better pictures of how she sits now Update (time for some paint) 31/12/13 14/1/14 Nearly ready for to be taken to paint shop

Nice little mk1 mate , I got myself a mk1 end of August after I had been looking for ages Mine was originally same colour as yours untill someone decided to try and do a DIY spray job and sticker it up like a castrol rally car but it's having a full re spray now

Not a lot really , rear fog not there broken coil spring and handbrake needs adjusting

I would of come up if my GT passed mot yesterday but it failed

Hello all After being away from the starlet for seen for about 3 years I'm finally back I bought my mk1 glowbadge GT end of August but on the way home the oil return pipe split and chewed a big end bearing I thought id say hello tonight as I've just finished doing my GT and she is now driving So I'm happy now lol

Shafts are in and I've driver it around the car park all seems good 👍

I thought it was you Lewis , I'm just about to go lock up and put drive shafts in the GT then it should be ready for a quick test drive

I'm up for mini meet , my GT should be on the road within next couple of weeks but she won't be looking to pretty for a while

Bump !! There's defo nothing wrong with the wiring on the steering wheel side as when I press the horn inside the car the relay clicks

The horn on my ep82 doesn't work probably do with the fact I can't even find it or even a plug or wire for it Where abouts isit located on them so I no exactly were to look Thanks Adam
