cheers ragger, its all in now. took my boost reading from the dump valve to the inlet though instead as i was advised to not do it on the tps.

of course you will rob. will have to arrange a meet soon now im up and running. yeah the glanza is quick straight away with the boost bypassed but when you get to a certain revs its just crazy surge of power that comes in. n/a seem to build up power through the revs but the glanza comes in a big chunk once the turbo has spooled up. good feeling.

that was what i was gonna try jon but couldnt decide which one was right.lol i found my tt instruction though and the info about the ignition switch was on there. i just gotta tidy up the wireing now and get a qauge holder thingy.

i know joz, some people like to do things there own way. but if any n/a owner out there is umming and arring weather its worth the cash and lots of time saving it is, trust me it is! im sure you get the same rush when you drive your car too joz ey, n/a or not n/a?

coming from my n/a it isnt. my glanza is completely stock engine wise so 0.7 bar is the starting point. i have plans to up the boost but for now 0.7 bar is immense compared to 0.00000000000000000000000000 bar in my n/a.

took my glanza for a first drive just now for the first time as my insurance has started. all i can say is holy f**k, f**k me, and good lord! i am physically shaken up. the boost gauge read 0.7 bar and when it comes in its immense. i really dont think i can drive a glanza daily. i hope i get used to it soon as i cant be this adrenalin fueled all the time. truely awsome, more awsome than i could have imagined. glanzas are awsome n/a owners, start saving as you wont be disapointed!

its all sorted now mate cheers. the turbo timer has a live constant and a live ignition. i wire to the red wire which was constant, the green wire was what i needed. sorry for posting in wrong area but i was in a panic because the storm was brewing!

wiring up my digital boost guage. was told to use the 12v wire off my turbo timer for the positive wires. thing is the boost gauge stays on no matter what. what wire shall i use? need urgent help, as my car is in peices out side and its gonna piss it down!!!!

would an engine torque damper help mate? i think this may reduce it to, may be wrong though.

brought a digital boost gauge that im gonna fit on sat. i need a little help. there is the 12v ignition switch wire. is this ok to wire up to my turbo timers 12 v wire? do the earths have to be in the engine or can they be earthed inside? i have recieved a plastic filter thing that i assume fits between my gauges boost senser and the T-peice that i have to fit to the turbo pressure sensor to filter out any oil vapour, is this correct? where the hell is the turbo pressure sensor that i have to t piece into? i know its off the inlet mani but i cant bloody find the right one? a pic would be a

gonna apologise to j18rsa. at jap show today and as i was leaving j18rsa was behind me. i was at the exit and i didnt see him jump out his car to talk to me. My dad booted my glanza out of the junction and left him in dust, only seen him as we was already gone. i had a wonder around your car hoping to say hello, but didnt see you about. so sorry mate, didnt realise you was coming over. we did do a u turn and try and catch you up though. wasnt really the best show as the weather was poor and there wasnt as many stalls as last year, or cars. was still some nice motors there though.

uk starlets come on 13" steelies. so how can it possibly be an improvment to put them on for saving weight issues, they already have them on! jack up the front wheels. then see how fast you get to 60 on your speedo. -

tricky. taking all seats and door panals off works out about an extra 6bhp per tonne. i have taken every thing out my car weighed it and done the calculations. dont get why putting factory 13" steelies on will add any bhp. explain please??? -
i had 40mm pi springs on my n/a. but thinking about it dont do it on the cheap. get a spring and shocks package if you can because low springs on standard shocks is really poor after a while mate. before there was no problem but the ride is terrible after a while.

i have the toad c5 compact. i have no complaints at all. the company i got mine done by said toad are by far the best and said he would never recommend any thing else. i got mine fitted for £260 with remote central locking and immobiliser and turbo timer fitted. place called mint car enhancements in nottingham. any one in the midlands i recommend you check them out.
