cool. any one got any idea why the bcs requires modification to fit on abs model? will have to have a think about my options. i dont really need to go all out on the brakes as im staying standared power for a while. i think the set up i mentioned will meet my requirements. i need new disks and pads soon anyway so thought i might as well use this as a reason for upgrading now.

hello people. my first major mod im making to my glanza is gonna be a brake upgrade. im going for: 10 grove 3g disks £100 mintex 1144 pads £65 zep braided lines £98 cusco bcs £56 will also be using 5.1 brake fluid. total: £319 anyone running the same? would you reccomend this set up as a good upgrade over stock? worth the £££? also how are insurance companies with brake upgrades? how much do they add on to the policy? as i doubt it will reduce it ;) would i have to tell them every thing ive listed above? thanks for any rep

thanks. think im gonna leave outside as it is but maybe have a very very light tint done. the money is gonna be spent on handaling and brake upgrades first. i fancy d2 coilovers, panhard rod, anti roll bars and anti lift kit. but first i think im gonna get 3g disks and some good pads. definatly gonna get catch tank, cooling panel and 3 point carbing front brace some time very soon. thats about it for phase 1 ie, preperation for power. phase 2 which is reach 200bhp starts when insurance is a little cheaper. lol. long time away i have plans for either a hks silent power or the 5zigen one, don

hello all. thought i would start a new thread for my new motor. its an N reg silver glanza V with 55000 miles on the clock. its a true minter and i honestly cant believe i finally own this car!! it has the front and rear optional lips, toyota wind deflectors, toyota mats, cup holders. still has all the jap stickers ie parking permits, mot disks and also the flair. i had a few parts to fit when it arrived................ firstly my alloys, minus the green lip! then my zep c pillar brace and g reddy rear strut brace....... i then got to work on cleaning the engine up a little.... th

thanks, at the minute my best quote is £1350 fully comp. 2 ncd and 21 years old. got a few more companies to try yet though. its going in on wednesday to have a toad compact c5 alarm, immobileser and central locking fitted all for the sum £330 which i think is good considering its a fully loaded security system. gonna do the brake calipers one night in the week too. then its saving time for some tasty carbing goodies.

few pics of my work yesterday. i couldnt be happier with the results, il let you decide! new jdm rims for the n/a too!!! oh yeah any one who wants to run the c piller bar with the seat belts still in place i have come up with a plan that works perfect. fitting g reddy rear strut was a pain in the arse due to only having 2 holes in the brace and 4 bolts in the glanza. this car will be near finished by time i can drive it at this rate!!

he turned 17 in july. he has got his first lesson on tuesday, dont think it will take him too long to pass hopefully. so there should be a new member appearing soon............................ because n/a is sold!!!! its staying in the family. woo hoo!! ive even given him my glanza alloys to put on it, he has got a bargin too.

yeah, my dad really dont want him to have it. may think it too nippy for him for a first car, and being so modded he will keep getting people trying to race him. but he has gave in on the terms that if he gets a good quote he can have it but take the performance mods off.

was a real bargin! ive wasted no time on the modding either, fitted some parts today and im very happy with the results. still have hks actuator and hks turbo timer to fit too. pics will follow later on. my n/a may have a new owner but not a new home, all depends on a certain young mans insurance quote on it.

buy an n/a starlet mate. you will not regret it!!! awsome little cars. ive had so much fun in my n/a, its currently for sale but i wouldnt be selling if i didnt have to.

steve being the top man that he is met me about half way so only had like a 220 mile round trip to get it. no traffic at all so got a chance to give the glanza a bit of a test on the way home too. its a beast!!! i honestly couldnt be happier with this car, and the price i payed i practically stole it. its immaculate in every sense of the word. it gotta be seen to be believed really. still has all the jap stickers, flair and real jap seat belt gripper things. front and rear splitters too. engine is running smooth, is boosting correctly and no smoke at all. roll on the 24th....................

mine made a 200 mile trip on about £30 and still had some left too so the fuel consumption isnt really too bad.

ok then mate do as i said but then select the selection tool. think its top left. them right click on your picture to bring up a menu. then click free transform. this will let you resize your pic. its so hard to explain on here if i could show you it would be so simple........... i know how you feel though mate it takes the piss at first.
