  1. im loving them to be honest, ive been playing with doing it for a while but couldnt decide. the running lights look quite cool aswell, im just not sure on the legality.....
  2. decided to put my orange lenses back on and also made some running lights (winkers) pics to come when i get around to it. i love the result, what you think? only a quick pic hoping to do a good shoot soon.
  3. thanks people. i really want to do more to this now but i need to be realistic, i crave more power so i gotta stop spending to buy my new one in 3ish months time. well maybe some gt seats or something. hopefully this car can be sold to either my bro, or an entusiastic member on here who can finish it off. will be up for sale soon i think once i get a good quote for glanza insurance. if a glanza is to expensive i may get a gt for a while. on another note i may be getting the car on a rolling road on the 20th of may, just to see what sorted power the mods i have done have made. plus i just wan
  4. welcome. seen your civic before as my brother linked me to it saying he wants it! he has an eg at the minute as well. good look with the starlet hunting.
  5. i only use bp ultimate. i dont think you benifit from the higher octane that much it is the other additives that make the car feel better. running this fuel every time ensures that my injectors and stuff stay cleaned out. and after a few tanks you should see an improvment as i did. and it does seem to last longer as well. my dads lexus was drinking fuel alot, he took it to lexus to see if there was a problem and they told him to run it on ultimate to help with the mpg.
  6. i did consider one for my first car. very cool in my opinion. its a nice surprise mate as i was convinced it was another starlet. good to hear you will be staying around.
  7. good choice mate, i am also a fan of them. wasnt expecting that though, i thought a gt!
  8. i would love to but they say do not remove, dont wanna screw them up. and also i sometimes have to put my seats back in to give lifts to people, taking the belts out would just give me another thing to bolt back in. i only have the belts like that to stop the rattaling, im trying to come up with a plan to make them look better.
  9. update time............ mmmmmmmmmmmm............jdm goodness. i have now fitted my zep racing c pillar bar and also my greddy rear brace. i love them, i think they look sweet plus i have seen a nice improvement in handling. heres some pics.
  10. has an opinion i respect. thanks.

  14. ok maybe i will keep buying parts, but a little cheaper than these were then, is that ok???, please say thats ok , the last thing i want is a visit from wheelbarrow inc. i will heed the warning dudes, i will buy a new air freshener each week to keep the WB inc happy.
  15. ;) part 1 of my new goodies arrived today........... part 2 not arrived yet.......... i will put pics up when i get the second item fitted to save me updating twice. man i really should stop buying new parts but i cant help it.
  16. i got it from motorworld mate.
  17. preach ecks i agree fully. as soon as you know its running that brake it really doesnt matter what it looks like.
  18. not too sure to be honest mj......... the only reason i can see for not is that it could be induced (if thats the word, just wanted a better one than sucked up. lol.) into the engine, which would be really bad. may not be the best idea really.
  19. looking good mate. makes a nice change. and to any one thinking of removing there rear wiper, please think about it. i removed my rear wiper and now i hate it. its such a pain in the arse when the rear screen is covered in condensation. honestly it is really annoying.............but it does look cool. ;)
  20. looks sweet mate. very good condition. looking very low at the front for 40mm, what springs mate?
  21. update on this. i found the cause today. it seemed to be really bad on my drive to work this morning so i had an inspection on my break. i found an air leak in my exhaust mani between the mani and the block. it must be the gasket needs changing. but for now i have repaired the gap with repair paste and the noise has completly gone and also some performance and smooth running has returned. i will get the gasket done when i get time but for now the repair paste has done the trick. i cant understand how it has got a hole in it and how i didnt find it before. but its all cool now.
