yeah its a fairly easy job dude. alot easier than garages make it out to be lol.aslong as the cams go back in the same way they came out, and all the timing marks are all lined back up again, it should be okay. but if if your unsure of what needs doing then i'd get some1 who knows what they are doing to do it for you or give you a hand. and dont turn the head upside down because the shims and buckets will fall out lol -

you know me luke haha. whats the easiest way to line up a gearbox? oh and ive also got to pull the sump off an stick 1 of my spare 1s on because where the sump plug screws in has cross threaded but ive got an FTE 1 to go on that i dont have to pull off my old n/a engine want to get that sodding gearbox lined up then, its just putting the little pieces on, probs coulda got it done tonight, but my dad called it a day because he's old and grumpy lol

nope sorry bud, just stuff i dont really need lol. bit of an update though, went down to pick up another n/a engine, whipped mine out and the other engine is in just gotta get the gearbox to line up and all will be well then pop a few ancilliries back on it and away i go

okay bud, sunday will mps be better off for me, because ill be eyeball deep in gettinng my engine swap done friday and saturday may jsut be final touches sunday -
1st things 1st mate, check the plugs and leads if its misfiring

yeah as liam said, TTE splitters are impossible to find, i know of 3 in total

lol the amount of times ive had the TB on and off im not to worried about that lol. it was just everything else i was worried about. is it easiest to take it out with the gearbox still attached?
