removal of the bumper is a peice of cake buddy about 6 bolts underneath that need doing, 2 in the arches behind the splashguards, quite tricky to get to, but easy enough when you've done it once, then 2 in the bumper either side of the numberplate and 2 on the top i think? may have to remove the grill aswell bud hope this helps, not sure on fmic, mines only a rep
