Got rid of the greddy td05 turbo as it was a little laggy for track use so finally made my mind up and decided on this......... Tuning developments td04 hybrid billet with 1.8 bar cartridge had a full 3inch system built by gr performance.... great quality!! **had car on dyno made 295 at 1.4 bar and that was turbo alone without boost controller set up or before 3 inch system was made! will be back on dyno soon at 1.8 bar see what that pulls great turbos would recommend to anyone - thanks to tuning developments for supply the turbo!!

ARF should be in the 11's or so on boost

External is best option holds boost better

As long as it is mapped correctly the fuelling's and AFR's are right it will be fine. My mates got a saxo vts on stock internals on a td04 at a 1 bar that's 285bhp and ran rine for 2 years never missed a beat was mapped by http://www.g-rperformance.co.uk/

Put some wd40 on throttle cable and keep pressing the cable etc and adjust the screw on top of throttle bodie to adjust revs if needed so it happened to me a few time and that's sorted it
