There wasn't any lack if communication my end anyway we both knew what the issue was but Russell chose to decide that it wasn't his problem after admitting that they fucked up That was said to me on a mon after a few days of back and forth trying to figure out what happened, I was told that once it leaves the warehouse it's not his problem anymore and then would not get back to me at all. I sent him a email on the fri saying that I would be getting PayPal involved on Monday if I didn't get a response, I put in the claim about 1 o clock mon just in case there was a problem with getting back to me I'm not a cunt like and then I put it in, sure enough within 20 mins of the claim going in Russell was on to me giving out saying that since you put in the claim we want you gone and that we are going to delete you account, he said to remove the claims or we won't be sending out the rest if the parts bla bla bla you get the picture Russell's post above is just damage control acting like it was just one big mis understanding total bs, he told me it wasn't his problem and to fuck off basically, where he gets off saying that " I apologised " when it never happened once I got nothing but abuse from him and to then say that it was the accounts team that said to let the funds go through in the claim that's total bs aswell because I was into PayPal and you tried assigning the tracking number from the parts that I had received the week before and put it on the claim that was going on to make it look like I had already receive the parts and that I was trying to screw you over, paypals own words that it was " right doggy" you didn't let the funds go through PayPal found the claim in my favour Scratch your heads for as long as yous need lol I had 4 weeks if his shit I told you Russell that I would let everyone know what you were like loads of other forums left if you have replies for them aswell I'd live to hear it

Addy my laptop packed in so I'm on my phone spelling is off because of that its hard writing so much when I'm using that Ill just clear up the first point a bit, we had talked weeks before I made any shipments about getting a trader account because I was with another company and made a switch from another company. He offered container shipping and that was fine I was going to be saving a bit of shipping and not massive like he was claiming, anyway he had a deadline for me to have parts in and to be shipped out and I just wasn't ready I clearly emailed him stating that I was still buying stuff and if there is a deadline then we will just scrap that idea and i will just go with dhl. That's was the end if that like, a few weeks later I got items sent via dhl from their site paid in full Here is another thing I have never experienced it in all my life but it was costing alot more to send items together. I got a quote of 2500 for shipping via dhl for everything together and got it reduced by myself to 1600 just by sending items individually with the same company dhl. That's a saving of 900 just because I got parts sent separate, I got onto Russell about this and he said that that's they way the system is run and there is nothing could be done and doubling up large items that were the exact same size and dimensions was too complicated, total scam if you ask me, so if anyone is still using this service still try sending the items separate and see if you can save yourself a bit if cash. Actually when I asked about why the shipping was so high sent together the price on the site had dropped by about 300 by some miracle All in all his excuse to why everything got fucked up was that the plan we briefly talked about and never went ahead with was the problem, even tho electronic orders from the site with addresses and del were processed by them and sent out like I don't know where he thinks that could have caused anything. Everything was paid in full by myself I done absolutely nothing wrong and if he hasn't of said to me that the mistake wasn't his problem and just had if sorted it out when I got onto him not just ignore me then this hole mess could have been avoided along with me being out of pocket and stress over a period of 4 weeks Everything on the list is pretty much how it happened give or take excluding the part where I had to sort out the dels myself waiting around for them to show up and collect them and money out of my own pocket until PayPal had sorted out the situation

He told me to remove the PayPal claims that I had or I wouldn't be getting the rest of the items, I called PayPal and they said to keep the claim in or I could lose the items if they didn't sort it out because once its removed it can't be put back on. I told Russell that I wouldn't be removing the claim an if I didn't receive the rest of the items that I will be opening claims for them also. He got on and said fine then I will send the items but we will be raising the items value so that you will pay more on customs, he said this is your last chance to remove the claims or we will be sending out these items with the raised value. I told him that I wouldn't be removing the claims and he sent them to me with the raised value to try and piss me off basically. Again if he wants to dispute any of this I can start putting up the emails

Answer me this Russell did you or did you not say 1. That the messed up order was not your problem? 2. That I wouldn't be getting the rest of my items unless I removed the PayPal claims? 3. That you would be raising the value if the items so that I would have to pay more with customs? Don't forget I can copy and paste your words straight from my emails so don't be coming on here all nicey nice saying you done all you can you done nothing for me the only people who sorted this out was PayPal and I dropped all the other claims when I actually received the items that I had paid for which I was advised to do by PayPal Mods this shouldn't be hidden either this is my experience with the company it needs to stay up its 100% fact and if people have anything good to say they can add to is also

Russell where do you get off saying that my spelling and grammar was off and you couldn't understand me the only time I email you was because the orders were wrong I NEVER received one apology for anything that went on, you wouldn't get back to me for a full 7 days after it all started and You only got back to me after I put in the claim You still blame that lcl crap in your mistake I placed the order with dhl and ems get over yourself like that's what I paid for on the site with invoices and your still going on about something we talked about doing but never went ahead with You would want to quit while your ahead Russell before I start pulling up emails in exactly what was said by you and also maybe I could sent them to your office aswell I never put in a complaint but since you still think your in the right about it all we can go in that direction

As said I've use them loads of times and it had always been perfect but when things went sour that's the level that they were playing at, Russell admitted that they made the mistake but were not willing to sort it out what so ever they even said to send the items back to them and they will send them correctly proper joke like I would advise people to stay well away from them anyway not sayin this will happen to you but if it does then you will be in with some heartache and to be blackmailed and that from them was disgraceful after me paying them everything that was asked of them

Alright first off this happened just over a month ago and I was waiting from paypay to be able to put up a final post about everything, I have emails there that I can post up on request if people don't believe what I'm saying tbh I wouldn't have believed it myself so I wouldn't blame you So about a month ago I done some deals with them coming to the amount if about 2500 odd euro of parts and del. everything was fine paid them up front payments were cleared and they got all payments that was asked. So I was given tracking numbers for everything I got parts sent seperate because I was able to knock off about 1100 on del by not sending them with the same company like when does that happen? Anyway parts were sent from my account on their site, received the first item got a call from customs that I had a package here and 350 customs bill payed that and it was forward for del, got it in and turns out to be something that I didn't even order and wasn't ment to come to me, which ment my package was going to someone else! This happened twice Got straight onto them and had dealing with a guy called Russell Hobbs, he told me that the order was fine he doesn't know what I'm talking about, I showed him my order for the first package and even with him saying that they messed up the orders that it wasn't his problem and " once the order leaves here that's its out if our hands ". That was the last contact he would give me for a full 7 days I sent him a email within 4 days that I was putting in a PayPal claim until the sort out the mess and I actually receive what I paid for. So low and behold within 20mins of putting in the claim he was back on giving out telling me to take the claim off and how dare I do it, I told him that I wanted my parts and that I was out 350 euro over their mistake which I would have to pay again once my part came in. And I cannot get a customs refund on the mistake I was told. Anyway he went and held all other order deliverys and got back saying that I wouldn't be receiving the other parts until I took off the claims. I told him that I would be opening claims then for everything that I have bought and wouldn't remove them until I receive them This is when it turned nasty, Russell Hobbs of RHD Japan then tried black mailing me. He said and as said I have all the emails there that he will over value all of the items so that I would be screwed on customs! I shit you not so he said that he was continuing to send the rest if the parts I didn't open a dispute on them but sure enough all the items that came in through customs were massive on price lucky enough I saved all the invoices from when I paid so I just sorted that out with customs and I paid what I was supposed to So that left the other packages still not right, I had to pay from my own pocket del on a cage that was was ment to go to rbz that I had them for and also pay to get other boxes to me that were sent to the wrong address thank fuck I knew everyone that things were being del to, I done that because PayPal was taking too long to come up with a solution I called PayPal loads of times and what was coming out of RHD Japan was scandalas back and forth saying that its agenst their terms and cond to sent items to different addresses even tho they were sent by them to 3 different addresses and then the clincher they taught they were smart by updating the last PayPal claim with a tracking number stating that I had received the items but it was the tracking number from the first batch pasrts that actually arrived properly, I got onto PayPal and showed then the original tracking numbers and they were caught out straight away! So I'm delighted to say PayPal didn't take anymore shit from them and I received back the money it cost me to sort their mess out, I had 4 weeks if pure hell fighting with them along with being out 350 euro I'm just glad it's over I've been dealing with them for years and this has to be the worst by far I have ever experienced from any company and they should be ashamed of themselves, I just taught I would warn people about them, Russell emails me half way through it all and says we will be deleting your account once all this is finished up with and I said there is no need Ill do it myself lol I made that decision weeks ago Also lads if your still going to be using them do not set up a PayPal agreement or if you have to make sure you don't pay with that PayPal told me because its a agreement there is no logs to which to say what that money was actually used for I'm blessed because I paid some normally in a external window with a invoice they said I wouldn't of had a come back if I had if just paid with the agreement That's it anyway if people need to see the emails I can sort them out but I'm sure you can just take my word for it lol you have been warned

Well rob my laptop packed in and I'm on the mobile Internet it's not been great over the weekend I explained to you the situation dude I received your cage instead if mine and you were being sent mine by their mix up, in trying to get them to sort out the problem and get them to pay for it as i have a PayPal claim in on the del until they sort it out. even if everything was the way it was ment to be with you either tomorrow or fri the cage as it was coming from Japan dude it takes a while I'm hoping to have this cage picked up here and still have it to you in the time that it was me t to come to you I can't get into Facebook on my phone or my emails can't remember the passwords I'm tryin to organise a new laptop so I can take all the info off the old hdd and put it on the new one it ha all my work stuff on it it's very important. If you check all if the site I'm on you will see I haven't been on since it packed in Have some patience dude I'm flat out trying to sort it all out ill have it very soon sorry for the delay on getting back back I didn't think there would be a issue since you weren't expecting it anyway for a few days

wouldnt be putting any oil cooler kit on the car without a thermostat, its crazy why companys like this would sell kits like that without knowing the risks but i suppose there just in it for a quick buck oil is just as bad when its too hot as over cooled does just as much damage, secondhand grex kits pop up now and then id hold out or even go the mocal route with the thermostat, im running a 13 row on mine doesnt matter what size it is with the thermostat if anything it will keep it at the sweet spot better than a smaller one id stay away from that system in the link anyway dude not worth the hardship, get a proper one
