cheers lads engine is very good tidy, it hasnt been running in 4 months as the car it was in was off getting sprayed, it was mapped before with a vf36@1.7 bar was just shy of 300bhp its seen very little mileage since then, its just the bare block, water pump and atl, pretty much everything you see in the pics because its out of the car and stripped down its going to take alot of work to get it running just for people to hear it, ive checked out the engine myself and changed a few things i taught needed doing i will stand over the engine 100% as is it was put together right th

i dont think it is jam manifolds have free flowing runners and it splits up two of the cylinders right where it connects up to the turbo like this

i cant see that being the problem, even if it was a copy and if there was a issue with it then it would have been picked up on the dyno never heard of a issue with them copys its just a big usb stick anyway, if its copy then it will be the same as the oem one as greddy get them made in china anyway

im not sure where the 2.5k came from the the gen works priced them up already they work out at 1400 euro for the 4, 15x7 4x100 the rotas are around 500gbp from dw

thats a normal jun lightweight flywheel dude, you have a jun ultra lightweight chromoly racing flywheel weighs in at 3.6kg, there is no lighter flywheels that can be bought either way its a good lightweight flywheel

defo not a fidanza flywheel anyway they have the removable friction plate its a jun lightweight flywheel if its weighing that low conor rarer again lol

nearly there lads parts are coming in now at a alarming rate lol, sacha is making me up a nice turbo kit but he is on holidays so it will be a while yet tbh till its complete, have a nice set of bride bucket seats on the way just sorting a few things out there and then the windscreen needs to get replaced. then thats it its going down to wcp to get it mapped happy days got some more of the engine stuff sorted lovely sard rad came today gave it a bit of a polish, i just hope the new turbo kit will fit more work planned for next week would hope to have it ready to get mapped in 4 weeks all

i took them.... have seen a set before i dont think they are toms but they are aftermarket headlights for a ep82, the purple speed gt has them by the looks of it? was talking to him they came off a gt with toms everything lol so he put them up as toms, deal is he assured that they are what they are if there not ill send them back, ill have a choice then with the gt when its getting put back together, cant get good mk1 lights that much cheaper anyway so its a win win ill get some pics up when i get them sure

yeah hopefully thats the case tbh there should be a amount of flex in the exh to adjust for some minor differences only thing that will throw it off completely is the turbo angle, if its twisted at all then the flanges will never be flush have you this fitted rbz? sorry lol its gone beyond buying it im just now curious does rwd have any info on them?

lol sorry i didnt see that ill let him know because td04 kits are custom made and there is no set oem turbo position then it can vary from kit to kit, i cant see zisco and the likes of toyosport being the exact same? the mani flange could be lower/ higher putting off the position of the decat along with the turbo angle it could be twisted a bit to make more room for the air inlet so there is more room without the filter getting in the way, the flange could be left or right of the centre line, all of that would be variables and would need matching mani/ decat ect or else the decat is go
