    Use the clutch as you go thru the gears it'll help a lot! A new clutch or gearbox is probably needed though.

    Nasty,whiplash will hurt for ages and my never get back to normal! I got it 2 years ago and i still get bother from it! Still waiting 2 yrs on for my compo too though! I wouldn't be surprised if they write it off,you did tell them about your mods....didn't you?
