Not saying anything against you Shahzad, But you don't know who is lurking around the forums.
  2. I put £20 or £30 in, and last me about a week or one night. I don't fill it up ever as its extra weight unless i'm going on a long journey, but i allways try to work out exactly how much i will need if going far.
  3. Me and my bro are toying with the Idea of putting the CT9 i removed from my Glanza onto our Diesel Starlet. We will only be running like .2 or .3 bar. I've got the fueling aspect of things sorted. Just confused with Water/Oil Lines. Now i know its not of most importance to have water lines, So we can do without that. But i am confused with the Oil side of things. Where would i connect oil pipes too and how do i go about making a hole in the sump?. Also the turbo would be mounted on the back of the engine, Not the front.

    Help!

ok, today i blocked the pipe coming from the intake mani and did the priming and started it up. Went for a drive and the intercooler pipe come off I kind of knew it would happen, but just an inconvience.

    Help!

Thanks guys for the quicky replies. @ Jamie - There is no pipe coming out of the hot side of the intercooler. Its just from turbo bends down into the intercooler and back up the other way into the intake mani. There is no place to connect the dump valve otherwise i would have. Can someone just enlighten me on what is the purpose of removing the king lead? Some do it, some dont.

    Help!

Ok i'm done coeecting up my TD04. Just want to confirm my work and need tips. First of all, this is the water line. Is it looped correctly? Is this the EFI fuse i have to remove here to prime the turbo? As you can see here; the dump valve is not connected to anything, but it is connected from the intake mani. Do i block it off from the intake mani for chatter? This is the king lead here? Do i have to disconnect that too? Ps sorry for the wrong section, but this section is more popular.

  8. How do you remove the Acuator pin? (hks type)
  9. How do i remove the HKS actuator pin?
  10. I'm guessing these are the water lines on the TD04 since there is limescale in there lol. Do i just leave these as they are since the water lines will be looped and not going anywhere near the turbo?
  11. Thanks mate, thats why i had in mind, Just wanted to see what others are doing.
  12. It takes longer with snow foam because u end up drooling over it like a kid.
  13. I'm in the proccess of putting a TD04 on my car. I want to know what actuator to use? This is a chinese/japanese thing i found. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Turbo-Actuator-S...=item19c4cda0f4 Is there any better actuator to fit. OR In what way can i modify my CT9 HKS actuator to fit the TD04? Help!
  14. If i loop the water lines, how is the turbo cooled? And does it matter much if its cooled or not?
  15. lol, You still need to give the car a scrub? the foam will loosen up the dirt particles you still got to give it a good scrub

  22. Remove the screws on the bottom of where the dash opens. Open the dash, undue the screws on the top. Pull the little panel thing off on the left side where the door is. There is a screw/nut there. Can't remember which one exactly. And thats it. I didn't do this on a GT but a NP80 which is like a EP82 but its diesel.
