Here is my attempt, i have only started using Photoshop since 3-4 days. I am used to a different program. hope its good enough for ya. But i know miib kicks ass at photoshopping.

It is a mechanical pump and i have allready turned up a hint so it can atleast stay with traffic, But still struggles on hills allot. I will be doing this slowly as i want to get it perfect first time round. Waiting for a bit of £££ so i can park the car up and start working on it as it is used daily at the moment. I am little confused with the oil pipes as the manifold on this is on the back, so the turbo will be too. But this means loooong pipes. I am yet to examine the manifolds to see if i can get one made up or have to have it welded to this one lol. This all de

In both my Diesel Starlets it is layed out like this, minus the drinks holders. And yes; just a rubber gaiter goes over the handbrake, which is stuck to the carpet by that stuff. (erm) Now i don't remember what its called but it has one side ruff and one side soft, the ruff side goes onto the carpet and holds the gaiter in place.

Little update on this, I have just got back from the car. It was leaking from the oil return( rubber pipe in other words (i think thats what its called)) This is the only single thing i didn't check after putting the TD04 on. My mate put this on. :S I checked every other bugger there all the screws, bolts, nuts, then went round everything i opened or removed and made sure its on snug. This 1 pipe i didn't do. The pipe was loose and could we taken off even though the standard clips were there. So i took that clip off and put a Jubilee Clip tightened the clip all the way. And its stopped now. (

We could take pictures of the areas you would like help on.

I have put both washers on it : Any ideas on what it else it could be.

After putting my TD04 on, i noticed the oil is leaking slightly from braided oil feed. i have traced it back to the part where it goes onto the engine near the Oil Filter. From the CT9 oil feed there is a little washer that goes onto the other side. Do i put this washer on the braided one. I currenty have got the washer on and its leaking with it on. How have you guys got it on, with or without washer? Let me know quick so i can sort it for for college. ps. sorry about wrong section Try to understand its urgent
