Hey guys im thinking about bad boying my bonnet. Havent really seen many Starlets with this done (apart from SiCaln) but not quite sure, please help me make my mind up! Is it costly? Well it depens what your going for really. If your going for sound get an induction kit. I had a Quikshift induction kit on mine at first (about £60) then i put a universal max power induction kit (cost me £20 and made the same noise) Toby is right though, the panel filter is the best way, you could also drill a hole in the air box then for a cold air feed and put it as low in the bumper as you can (making sure its going to get plenty of air) it wont make as much of a noise but there will be an increase in top end performance. This is my Quikshift Induction kit This is what im going for when i can be bothered to relocate the battery to the boot! The only real difference will be the long stainless steel pipe goin to where the battery used to sit with a hoooge pipercross cossie filter on it with a clod air feed going into the sheild. Should perform well and sound awesum LOOK:-

Got coilys, got 15s but not happy. need bigger wheels, 16s i think will fill da arches nice. depends, its 240 for the bomex front but if its gona cost much more than that for a 98spec glanza bumper + cut out n smoothed i mite just end up goin for the bomex kit to be different

Car is gona be off the road for a good while hopefully be ready for Japfest!!! Dont no what to do though because i just seen a bomex kit on icetronix.com!!! Dont know whether to go for that and some 17" konig e-racers in black with polished lip or just get a 98 spec glanza bumper all cut out n flushed and glanza skirts n deck it on black 16s. Hey guys, need a glanza front bumper urgently. i remember seeing a thread on here a while back where someone was selling the bumpers in black for £120 i think. it showed a picture of a uk n/a with a glanza bumper on it in black. Yes section 59 can be anything to do with driving. my mate had his car taken for not stopping at a stop sign and turning right in a no right turn!!! so just becareful peeps. Bit of bad news though, police havent authorised my car to be released so i gotta wait till monday which means the fine will be £140+!!!! Also had a letter through the post for dangerous driving and gotta go to the police station on wednesday to see if they are going to prosecute i think!!!

Has anyone ever had a section 59 warning off of the police? well anyway once you have had a warning they will take your car off you the next time you do something wrong ad you get stopped. My luck has run out because I've been stopped about 5 times for this but now they have taken my car for the first time. The reason for this was because some prick was doing 15mph in front of me and i was in a rucsh to get to work so i over took him on double whites and there was a riot van coming the other way. they seen me and flashged me but i kep t going and there was a unmarked cop car waiting for me. Bastards, gotta pay £105 to get may car back tomorrow but what can i say, my fault for driving like twat. Oh yeah mite have to go to court bout it nad mite be done for dangerous driving which could be a ban!!!!!
