Its a bit slow as I get just a couple of hours every other day to prep things. But it's happening and she will get there.

Rear bumper & lip, rear hatch & Glanza spoiler, fuel door cover and drivers front wing sprayed in Blurple.

Loving this colour.

What's left is side skirts, front passanger wing, front bumper and Glanza S bonnet left to paint.

This coming week the skirts will be cut as required to fit a 5Door and painted.

What are the std late spec rods like? Guessing the Gi rods are same as FTE rods?

Lol, my GT4 still swallowing my pay cheques. On the hunt for another set of alloys and tyres and looking at an easy £1200......

But the Starlet is cheap as chips but still requires a lot of effort.

@Dan, the Celica steering wheel looks better and feels good to hold too.

Dan, as yours is a late model Starlet, you can use a late model Celica/Mr2/IS200 3 spoke steering wheel. I'm using a IS200 steering wheel with Celica ST202 air bag and both are very cheap on ebay. You can use any Toyota 3 spoke air bag.

What were the mods other than cams that you carried out on that engine mate?

OBX from across the pond works out to about £250 inc tax

Did you get much power out of it?

So tempted with this idea.

Does it idle smooth? What did it need doing to set up?

Got a pair of Glanza front wings without side indicator holes. Will it cause a problem not using that light as in fast flashing of indicators?

As for the above, indicators flash at normal speed without the side indicators.

OK tks mate, I'll have to get the injectors and full engine loom out then I guess. Hoping there is no knock sensor as not sure if my block has the threads for a knock sensor.

The exhaust manifold is different too, probably a better on the Glanza S.

Looking good mate. What side skirts are those and exhaust? Full system or just rear box?

Love how clean your engine bay is mate, just the rocker cover. A little modding of the bracket on the Paseo intake and it will fit like it was meant to.
