currently doing a head gasket on my starlet and when i took my pulley off the puller tool has destroyed the old one so need a new one, im guessing a large amount missing bits missing will badly effect the balance of it so should be replaced? anyone got a spare one lying around ? cheers rob

how much for cylinder head mate?

get a EP82 GT Turbo cheap to run/insure and tax and great fun when you wanna give it some stick i will soon be running my EP82 as my daily driver and S2000 as show/track car

quick update removed the 2 silencer bungs from the invidia for a few days to have a laugh and up-set the neighbours mainly and WOW ITS LOUD!!!!! but sounds AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! front lip vinyl wrapped black today by a mate of mine for £20 inc material cost and im well impressed at how it looks also being vinyl wrapped it wont stone chip one bit woop pics:

no mate i would have a 2.2 if i turbo it for the extra torque there are a few out there but by the time you fit a manifold and de-catthere all pretty much the same, i hear good things about the one rob from garage-r sells and think its a reasonable price

it is a JDM but the prevous owner fitted uk bumpers for some gay reason ;) its LOUD not tried it without bungs but its proper LOUD and its only a 2.0litre like yours mate my username is caus i had a 2.2 prelude and i stick with that name

ive well over 100DB with bungs in so god help my ears if i take them out

yes lots of plans ive got a spoon style carbon rear diffuser in my garage waiting to be fitted looking to get later on: side skirts, black hardtop, cut vents in bonnet and mash like this : depending how long i keep it a power upgrade to a supercharger kit to 380bhp at the wheels ;)

all my gt has is the factory front top brace other then the lowering springs the set-up is stock. i would like to do more bracing if i was to track prep it a bit more. which track session for japfest 2 are you thinking of booking as im looking to go but my local club DJCC.CO.UK isnt interested in going.

bollocks to paying attention to gauges on track . you should be paying attention to where your going and as flat out as posible!!!!! agree with socks if the oil pressure drops rapidly or enough for the thing to be needing a rebuild its already done enough damage tbh , plus a starlet engine aint exactly expensive to find another one.

my local halfrauds has there ratchet spanners dropped to £35 for a set which is great value , ive had a set for about a year and wouldnt work on a car without them now.

no sorry its got lowering springs on stock shocks so handles good didnt have a problem keepin up with the much more powerfull black s14a i personally wouldnt bother with coilovers as a decent set of springs and shocks IMO can make a car handle much better and you can still have some street comfort , coilovers are more of a track only or stance whore option for me.

she's been good as gold since mate and been ragging it as always , just not full track attack style lol
