  4. hi all removed all nuts of my wheel but one nut will not come off keeps spining so is loose but wil not come of resulting in me unable to take the wheel of any ideas many thanks

undo it 100s then just tug at the wheel when its jaked up of corce with all the other ones out

  5. The best thing to do in your case would be to just get some new (possibly uprated) shocks and some lower springs. That would be the first step..

Then you could always go on and add:

    - Front Strutbrace (stops chassis flexing and makes the car feel a little more solid + flatter around corners)

    - Rear Strutbrace (similar effect)

    - Urethane bushes (no doubt the rubber ones would have worn out by now)

    and so on...

There's always the option of coilovers but I think you're going to find that they're a little too solid for "shitty scottish roads" lol

just tuffen up a bit and get coilovers its not as bas as you think its going to be

  6. You pretty much have to remove the bottom half of the dash 2 large screws underneath either side and 3 smaller screw behind glove box at the top (open glove box to get at them they are near the clip) pull off at the sides to unclip. Its the whole panel including speaker etc.

i can get to myn just by flapping the glove box down, ie just push the box in at ether side :D
