ok buddy this is what i have for you

start the engine and allow to warm up to normal operating temperature (top radiator pipe hot). Verify that the engine idle is correct

using a jumper wire, bridge terminals TE1 and E1 of the test connector, start the engine. the engine speed should increase to app 1000 to 1200rpm for 5 seconds then return to normal idle speed.

a )if the engine speed changes as described then ISC is ok and is idling correctly

B ) if not then er its not and you need to look in to a new ICV

if that is all ok then you need to aim the timing light at the timing scale on the engine cover, the mack on the crankshaft pulley should line up with 10- degree mack on the scale. if necessary, loosen the distributor mounting bolts and slowly rotate the distributor until th timing marks align. tighten the mounting bolts and recheck the timing

now do the check thing again

Where the dizzy cap is there are two bolts holding it to the head, loosen them and twist it towards you a degree or so.

Also remember to make a little mark so you know where to put it back if all goes tits up.

i thats what to do alright i did it and its better< not saying it was like a massif difference but is better

.started to sort the back end out now have mt no plate holder on and dun all the wiring for the revers lights

.also got in-port plates front and back

also new gear knob on my TC short shifter got the knob out of an mr2

and CD holder din oh and ditched the dvd player

Still to do

.fit new back box (4" jap can)

.cut the can in to the bumper and its dun
