No you don't need a collar, they are only for the v-band types. You simply put a bolt through the four holes (2 on either flange) of the wastgate to sandwich two gaskets (1 for either flange) to the flanges on the mani and on the decat.

Small UPDATE My Turbosmart external wastegate turned up today: ..still waiting on TDO4 gaskets though! But have not yet spot-welded the internal wastegate shut anyhow. Should make some more progress this week

It's all about the POWER : WEIGHT ratio and lightest GT + forged engine + big mother-sucker will be epic!

Replaced mangled bumper bar with a brand-spanker: (always a pleasure to visit Copcutt's Toyota in Worksop because the blonde bird behind the parts counter is a beaute! )... hope her fella aint on here LOL Also wire-brushed and painted the manifold, mild steel flanges and braces on decat and turbo exhaust housing (with the help of Quadcorecraig & rinseep82 ): More updates shortly ;)
