U can buy pins that fit on ebay or just nut and bolt make sure nut and bolt not to big because it mite not clear part of turbo I had the same problem

Hi mate ive got the contrller set to 10psi but it wont boost higher than .52 bar
Its getting better slowly

Hi got the boost set to 10psi and gain set to 20 it doesn't seem to peak any higher than. 52bar does this mean I need to to the gain up more

It was set at 52 with a gain of zero thats when I got puf of smoke it didn't hit fuel cut tho I no now that it was to much boost lol ive just set it to 30 and will set gain to 20 and see how it goes

Ok mate ill give that a try just worrying i mite cause damage to the engine I usually get a slight puf of smoke when accelerating hard but not as much as today.

It seems to pull better just on actuator.
Smoke seemed clear but bit gray smelt a bit after I slowed down going to try it with the gain slightly higher and set boost to 30

No idea mate. Is it the ID meter you got? As I think the ID meter one gives the desired boost level actually in bar, where as the older type SBC gives it as a percentage. Probably start with something around 25-30 with gain at 0, see what boost value you get then and just increase or decrease accordingly.
Hi tried setting the controller up today the way u recommend it seemed to boost just over actuator pressure but car seem to be holding back and nice cloud of smoke come out the back.
Is anyone running one of these at .7 and can recommend settings . Unfortunately theres no long roads to keep trying to set it up or rollers near by

Hi all had a intercooler sat in garage for a while all ends blocked but want to clean the inside just to make sure theres no crap in it or spiders before fitting to car.
Can anyone recommend a good way to check or clean it.
