Yeah I'm sticking to it Liam, I needed new pistons though which made me want to buy a ready built engine but I've ordered some new ones so hopefully I can get the block rebored as they are oversize this time (unlike my current ones that are 74mm) so hopefully get cracking with the engine build soon.

I don't know the exact weight, but not particularly light from what I remember.

I sold a set in mint condition with 2 brand new tyres for £180 almost 3 years ago. I wouldn't pay much more for that for these.

I had a set of Powerflex mounds sitting in the garage and the rear mount didn't look like it would fit. Addz, could you find out if your LSD is optional? Just get under the car and see if the size of the driveshafts look the same/similar. If the drivers side is a good bit longer then I guess it's aftermarket. Asad the link you've given says POA for price, I've searched but can't really find another supplier.

Yeah most people tend to use the 74.5mm and get the block rebored. If you want to use stock size, you can always get the block honed (bored cleaned up) but I've personally been advised to go for oversize instead. The athena headgaskets that Dave sells are supposed to be pretty good. I would order myself one if I didn't already have a ZEP racing one.

I wouldn't touch them tbh, I got done for them on my old Yellow Glanza rep, and if it was 2% more they would have taken my car off me on the spot. He said they're giving 3 points for illegal front tints but he let me off. Very lucky IMO, never had front tints after that.
