That's exactly what I was thinking. I have them on a breaker and it seemed a little soft, I thought the shockers might be knackered. I might just fit them and see how they go with my KYB shocks.

Just to let you know Sam I get my result on the 12th but do not have high hopes!

Thanks for the nice comments guys! Sparky thats two weeks of general driving dirt on it in this crappy weather! I have gathered and am still gathering a fair range of parts for the car. I will do a big update all at once sooner or later once I've got most of the bits together.

As Rob said most should be interchangeable. I've read that the earlier GT suspension mounts were slightly different (like the UK Spec Starlets) therefore not interchangeable to the Glanza.

Hi guys, Does anybody have any experience with the Apexi lowering springs? I've a spare set of red ones and I'm not sure whether I should keep or sell them. How much do they lower by? Any fitted pictures? How do they help handling? Are they really stiff? (Just seen on the ebay like that the spring rates are Front: 3.0 and Rear: 2.4 - How would they be? Finally here are some new pics with the new wheels on. After a well deserved wash.. Nice new bonnet.. I have a load of brake upgrade parts to go on but I just can't be bothered in this weather! I'll get some pics up soon though and some proper updates. I'm also gathering 'Stage 1' 4EFTE parts. :surrender: And I still have a little list of exterior things to be sorted: Get some new bonnet pins and fit them (going to be scary drilling in to that carbon) :drunk2: Respray rear bumper Paint and fit ducktail spoiler Get rear screen tinted Respray the window surrounds properly and fit the deflectors properly Mesh front bumper (not sure yet but I'll see what happens)

You could have a worn engine mount mate. My old GT was like this but was fine after I fitted new engine mounts. :surrender:
