Doesn't sound bad, 0.85 is fuel cut but you have a fcd installed so you can boost more, with proper ecu management you can risk engine damage at the minute your safe but pointless having a fcd. This might help you in the future.

Might even be condensation the fpr usually have gauge's on them yours obviously hasn't at the worst it's turbo seals or stem seals but I don't think it's that how much smoke is it?

What colour smoke is it? Get rid of the fcd might just be running rich, as for the boost light check all the solnoid to the actuator all them pipes for leaks or wrong connections what's the fpr readings?

Lol at least run 2 ct9's I expect at least 500bhp from your build bonny lad hahaha you have got a good point I only run the k1 because it wasn't done before I don't think I would run it on forged it would seem a waste with all the possibilities now days, in terms of reliability people might choose to go for this turbo either way I can't see many people buying them...

I totally agree it's each to their own it's a pet hate seeing same builds over and over it's just the fact of putting all that effort cash etc going forged when you can get the same figures more or less non forged did your mate pay the fully wammy or was the turbo tuned/bought somewhere else? Thing is for what one dyno gets another might get more or less..

The hybrid could achieve it but the 4E engine would need mega work but I can't see the point money wise and the bhp guarantee.

For the money forged might aswell go billet td04 make extra 30 bhp plus but I guess it's all preference a forged 4E should be making a good 240 250 with highlift cams @ 1bar imo but even without cams 240
