    If a young lad comes along and pay's the price for these it's his choice he should do research and look else where according to the above they are £3 cheaper than rrp not much but buy them both that's £6 cheaper that's 1 hours work for somebody out there yes it's not a massive saving but it's still cheaper if someone wants to purchase these then that's their choice this guy just wants his money back near enough nothing wrong with that if he has emailed that saying to Azz it's the wrong attitude to make a sale, to sell these he will probably have to go lower we shall see

    Ahh cool might be worth buying some panel wipe aswell get the surface as clean as you can to stop any reactions with the paint yes put some pics up on the way, good luck hope it turns out how you want it

    Basically don't get deep scratches in the metal or it will show up in the paint getting a clean smooth surface is what you want any bare metal just etch over for extra protection...what paint are you using and what colour? I wouldn't bother with the filler it's extra weight haha

    Wire brush would be too harsh I think just use a DA sander on the bits you can and handflat the rest as for the holes I can't see there been much flex for the filler to crack when I do mine eventually I will be leaving the holes but it's up to you

    I am currently doing a night time course to achieve a level 2 city n guilds course just wondering what routes to go down afterwards I would prefer to stay on shore, I can see all the big money in the TIG and pipework welding inspectors etc I am planning going down the level 3 route and getting the coded welder papers to increase my chances of getting a decent paid job just wondering what other people have done etc as Morrisons is killing me lol

    Yes and no need for a boost controller you will need a new manifold look into zisco or wepr before adjusting the boost as the stock mani has a restriction in the third runner, also buy genuine gaskets from toyota! Don't buy cheap crappy one's off ebay if you want reliable parts you have to pay good money it's an exspensive game
