    Can anybody tell me if it's safe to open my plug and play ecu? Will it cause any damage as I've heard that letting light inside will damage it. Although I can't see why, it's only a printed circuit board much like a pc. Thanks Luke

    Is this not a fire hazard? Let me know if it works Amjad, I've got a slight knock on mine if I hit the bumps to hard. By replacing those rubbers on the centre section, will that change the position of the back box? Don't want it to move as it's spot on atm

    Yeah a lot of fake ones on ebay ect, not sure how you tell the difference though. The HKS dump valves are the ones that make a high pitched chirp noise not a Tshhhhhh Type in HKS on Youtube to make sure your happy with it, personally I like the sound of the traditional ones.

    If you have to much it will build up pressure but I think you need a lot more than 4mm on your dip stick before it starts causing problems. It might even burn a bit of oil so will eventually be at the correct level like Phil said.

    I think it's called "Four Life" and it's red. I think it's about £20 quid but it's good stuff, stops everything corroding ect to.

    My oil filter was a bitch to! Fitted it from the top of the bay. Next time it's going on the ramp and the tray is coming off, defo going back on afterwards to keep everything shiny in the bay.

    Well basically I think I might have a iffy Lam Sensor, the cars running rich. You can smell it and my fence is black from where I start the car up in the morning lol So I guess I'll replace it now

    Was afraid that would be the case! I can't wait to fit it but I'll hold out Will have the mani fitted pretty soonish, still need to get hold of a decent fmic that doesn't require to much butchering. Still not recommended to run the ECU on a TMIC?
