If he is removing glass and all rubbers ect then £1500 is not bad, thats only if he is as good as you say. £550 is ridiculously cheap but as you said stu you get what you pay for, im hoping to sell the glanza and with the money buy a tatty white gt and get it sprayed for around £1000-£1300 but that is the full works like far better than factory standard ;)

My scoob has had double that spent on it running 380/390 and i have to say its not much more fun or satisfying to drive than my glanza running 260hp Oh but i suppose the glanza prob had 5.5-6.5k spent all in.

A 5k well put together starlet would not break a sweat keeping up with any of the above on a dry track day imho! As for the op's question it pisses me off aswell because as has been said its due to the chav's that put chrome 17" wheels, ridiculous bodykits and drive like wee fannys that the value of starlets especially glanza's are dropping! BUT i know for a fact that once mine is ready to sell she will be a lovely example so im going to stick to what ever price i decide to sell for and once the ruined examples fade out they will defiantly rise in value again aslong as enthusiast clubs like this keep going.

Can someone clear a wee thing up? This is the same as a td04 as in that you can rotate the housing? And yeh starbo in general its a far better turbo than a td04!

I was running a td04 and I would say if you have the extra money the vf series would be the way to go, even if my 24 doesn't suit your needs then defo go wiyh one of the vf's
