  1. It's his I bought for the drivers side thanks anyway pal
  2. Ok so time to update yous on my recent torture lol After scouring the country looking for a mint set of OEM fishnet Recaros for the RWD Starlet, I finally got a good set made up of bits and pieces of different sets that had come through my hands. Even still they were sent off to be re-upholstered just so they were absolutely perfect. The seats came back looking amazing. Very happy with the work done on them. I also put my a mint GT floor carpet I had come in and some small interior bits I needed to tidy up the RWD Starlet. Off I went and stripped the car until I realized the new carpet wouldn't fit. Balls. Seems obvious now with the ep85 having the tunnel for the propshaft and the ep82 not having this lol. The rails for the front seats did not fit and the back seats, after some minor persuasion ha, finally went in. I fitted a mint new boot carpet and then went to change the Rolly window regs to electric window regs and fit the matching Recaro doorcards. But yes, no hole was drilled in the door to run the loom for the electric windows through. So now I'm left with a headache and a half dismantled Starlet but not to worry. I picked up this JDM Recaro rail for the drivers seat. It is ep85 specific and fits perfectly. It has a rather nice handle also. Anyone know where I might get another one? Now it's time to take the doors off and carefully measure and drill the hole to run the loom for the electric windows. More updates soon, Conor.
  3. Hi guys, Need a little help... After recently finding out that standard ep82 rails don't fit an ep85 (after much time and headaches lol) I purchased this JDM Recaro seat rail for the driver's side. Can anyone source me one for the passenger side and does anyone know what type of rail it is? Thanks in advance, Conor.

  6. Well guys a lot of you know I have this lovely GT Turbo quite a while now from visiting my shed. I've never put up a thread or pics about it so here goes... I bought the car off a very old man who had it since import. The car is amazingly clean and really is in showroom condition. It was never painted and the body is completely flawless. Not even the smallest flaw will be found. It is a 1995 quadlight model, the very rare sunroof edition. It has just 73,000 genuine KILOMETRES on the clock, not miles, and still has it's original engine which is bone dry and pulls like a train. It came in as a grade 4.5 import and was loaded with rare OEM factory optional extras including: OEM Factory option sideskirts OEM Factory option front spats OEM Factory option rear spats OEM Factory option wind deflectors OEM Factory option floor mat set OEM Factory option rear 3-point strut brace OEM Factory option rear window sun visor mesh OEM Factory option rear speakers TRD steering wheel Original flare It still has the original twin pipe exhaust system, the original gearknob etc etc. The seats are fresh and very firm to sit in as any low mileage car should feel. The engine bay, interior, exterior, boot and even the original spare wheel are all gleaming. The only changes I have made to the car is lowering it slightly and a set of brand new multispoke alloys with brand new tyres, although these can easily be replaced for the standard items. I also added a set of Jap style pressed number plates which coincidentally match the year I was born lol. Overall the shell is solid and rust free. It is very, very tight and responsive to drive and has no rattles, bangs or funny noises. No windy gaps from door seals etc. It spends it's life under a cover and is very rarely driven. I will get up more pics soon. Regards, Browner.

  12. No that car is only minutes from me. I know what he wants for it because I had several phone calls yesterday from lads asking me what it's like. There is interest in it and it is for sale but I think he will struggle to get the price he thinks it's worth
