What's the exact spec for td04 setup

Its not recommended that you run 250 bhp on standard internals because of the stress and how much harder everything will be working but i think some people have. I think its all down to how much boost you run and how good your engine is. People say around 220 230 hp is the max for standard internals. Joe -

If you've been listening to chris moyles these past few days then you will of heard him on about names that sound rude and potentially hilarious lol. So far i know of: toby lerone and mike oxlong haha Ive been trying to come up with some funny ones but im having no luck. Do you guy know any good ones?

Mine: glanza 150 bhp( guess) Dads: VXR nurburgring 240 bhp The van: vauxhall vivaro possible 100bhp lol Total= 490 bhp PPWWAHHH lol

So i would need to buy a hks actuator to run 1 bar then? Thurt you could use the standard lines haha

Just got a couple of questions. What psi/bar does the standard actuator on a td04 run at, and can i use the water lines from the ct9 setup with the td04? thanks Joe

WoW! What a ball ache for you. How come you made the wastegate pipe longer? Couldn't you of just cut it and turned it around to miss the box? Joe -

The zisco externally gated manifolds arnt a straight fit with my auto box. iamlegend on here has had his and hes having to turn the wastegate round i think. Thanks anyway tho Joe

Only reason i asked is because theres a set on ebay but the ball joint on the top mount has slight play in. Can they be replaced? Joe

Thats the thing. Ideally i could do with a kit that isnt going to cause me a fuck load of problems a couple of months down the line. Think im going to save and get a kit thats got a good reputation. I.e race tech ,weper. Joe

Theres a toyo sport TD04 kit on ebay for £400. It has everything needed to fit and it seems a good price but are they any good? How strong are the manifolds and things?
