2001 MK5 fiesta flight the 1.3 bone rattling bad boy. Bought it from an old woman from the garage i worked in in 2007 it only had 4500 miles on it and i payed 1650 for it and ran it the fuck into the ground haha acutally my mum still cuts about in it lol.

I have aero ones the cheapest type they had at my local motor factors cost me 12 quid for the set ive had them over a year and they are nothing short of excellent wiping is 10x better than frame wipers and they dont rust either.

depends what kind of lights you have are the broken wires before or after the ballast if they are between the ballast and the bulb then your not supposed to repair them because they run about 60,000 volts so that also could be your issue. But ballasts i think are about 30 or 40 quid

Taggy is that clutch in a for sale thread? Is it just the standard exedy replacement?

Where do i get these much do they cost?

My engine is standard just now but im thinkin of upping the powere for about 180. I dont really want to just replace it with the standard clutch and chew through it in 20k so whats the best option. I would rather keep the smoothness of a standard one but want it to last longer and obviously not slip. I dont think i wanto go as far as paddle clutches and loose driveability. I also dont wanna spend silly money on a clutch so whats the options where do i get them from and how much should i be paying? Is an organic clutch the way for me i have also seen a green uprated one on egay but not sure. Opinions would be appreciated. Cheers

Just realised on here that skillamart and Zisco do a nice choice of manifold and de cats. They have a nice mild steel de cat for £110 quid and an Oe replacement manifold for £195 Im gna assume since they are traders on here the parts are of a good quality. Is this the best place to look for these parts brand new? Im going for the cheaper option as yous probly already know i dont wanto go wild and want to keep it as standard looking as possible. Few more questions to annoy yous all with Why is this manifold so cheap and much neater than the rest i assume its due to the pipes from each cylinder not being an equal length which im sure is best for engine performance? And whats the script with external wastgating do i just weld up my internal 1 and stick on a manifold with an external 1 and thats it?

Aye its not your valve stem oil seals mate if it was those it would give off a puff of smoke when you 1st started it up

Nah i was meaning i kept meaning to check the boost guage over the battery to see what the orange wire does and made sure they lit up ok and stuff but i know now. So ill wire them up and just run 2 wires for the temp gauge to the engine bay for future use. Do you know where i can get an oil temp sensor from? I assume i need a sandwich plate for it and to grind the steering pump bracket? I think ill just buy all these parts and wait till im doing my manifold and de-cat n do it all in 1 go.
