  7. Mate... i actually feel tired from ready this build thread haha! Quality attention to detail, i like it! That exhaust is the bomb by the way, bought the same one and she fits an absolute treat! I made up new HDI FMIC brackets aswell but bolted mine to the bumper backing bar. As for jubilees on the piping, i tried 2 on mine when i became short of two...? and when i tightened them up i strecthed them and they dont tighten very well now. Now changing to plumbing hose clamps. heavy duty ones Keep up the good work buddy... Maybe one day il put up my thread haha!
  8. This car looks like mine and stripped out like mine! You can use a motorbike battery??! My battery the now is to big for the tray (previous owner and his tie wraps!) Might investigate this? just any bike battery?
  9. Did you get sizes Durmz? Ive got mine at home could measure them up tnite if you were stuck for them?
  10. The HDI FMIC bov outlet is 1 1/2" bud, bout 38 mm, you van get a reducer off ebay, I used racebikebitz ebay shop for mine.. About not using the bov, i dunno how that would work. Im pretty sure you need it?
  11. I was doing my research aswell for this setup up bud. As far as im led to believe you will need TDO4 Turbo Manifold and Downpipe Oil feed and return line Water lines Actuator and bracket (for internal wastegate setup) Samco silicone 90 bend for air intake TD04 Routed hot piping for your FMIC Now the TD04 requires to be rotated in the centre so that the oil feed is at the top and the oil return is at the bottom. The compressor housing also gets rotated so that it faces downwards, this then means the actuator bracket is no use and a custom one is to be made. Hope this helps bud
  12. Im sure i tried transferring it straight from documents to the website for my avatar and it wouldnt work?
  13. Dude where does the littler connector on the back of your timer hook up too? I cant find where my one is supposed to connect up to? mines a blitz voice guided turbo timer

Good start with a GT mate, defintely build up the know how, ive learnt heaps aftr having mine! Keep it up!
  15. I bought scooby sport seats out the yellow 2000 model sport. Cut the feer off my starlet seat rails, welded them to flat bars and then welded the flat bars to the seat. I suppose they are a wee bit high, but im short
  16. The thing is lads, our cars are built not bought. Time, money, care and appreciation has gone into doing what we've done with them. Yes it is frustrating when i see my mates rolling around in new fast cars that mummy n daddy have funded while my old girl lies in the garage awaiting money each month to transform her. But there will be nothing more satisfying and rewarding than when im finished, having her just the way i want her and knowing that i did it. So until then, let them have there fast cars nd learn the hard way, cause i know were all doing it the better way! And yes i too am back in
