    If your planning on changing set ups in the future to for a plug and play ecu. That way you won't lose money on mapping costs and what not. Its slot cheaper in the long run to just decide what you want and go for it tho. Most money spent on starlets is because of a change in plans or set ups.

    You can order all standard parts. No one has done a kit as there's no demand there's part numbers for a full long block from Toyota but from memory its 3 grand or so

    To be fair they are super rare I can only think of 3 that have been for sale in last few years problem is sunroof models aren't that common so there's very few people that actualy want them.
