best bet is go to an exhaust place and get a custom one made

I highly doubt it the looms change slightly with almost every model

You would get rid of the starlets ecu and engine loom and splice the new engine loom and ecu into that. For the time and effort todo the swap you would be just aswell going for standalone management. Or atleast that's how Id do it there are other ways it could be done. It depends what you can actualy do yourself unless you can do most the fabrication work yourself then your going to spend an absolute fortune.

The import tax is 20 or 25% of the goods declared value from memory. I've had a few things sent but I've only had to pay it for one of the packages so think its just your luck if they pick your packages at customs. I've seen people posting up on other forums that they have had people wrap like bride seats in birthday wrapping and claim its a present to dodge taxs.
