Thank you guys for all the feedback the reason I ask is because in the new year I am planning on going externally gated on ct9 setup then get emb/emu then mapped to suit.
I see so the wastegate takes place of the actuator. Would I need to be running any specific ECU to run this or can it be run on standard ECU? i assume can be ran on standrad so long as I stay below fuel cut..?
What would I need to do to get my car running externaly gated? Obvious things mani with w/gate port but is there anything I would need to do to the turbo, would I still need an actuator? Thanks

I'm sorry for doubting you guys but you are right. It's coming from my bottom pulley. It's just slightly catching on the timing cover. The crankshaft oil seal is now seeping oil which means stripping it down for repairs AGAIN! This is probably A silly question but because the seal has gone would this suggest that the crank in moving side to side? Although the rear main oil seal is fine? Thank you.
Brought Blitz Superspark 9mm HT leads off socks. I asked a few questions about them and he happily replied with good, honest answers without hesitation. I recieved them in very good time. And also the postman had a good laugh lol Thank you matey.
I am still on a ct9 setup although i do have a relocated air filter, if i just block off the vacuum hose will it still flutter. rather than block them both? it made a DV kind of noise, even though there wasnt a DV installed. i love the sound of chatter so hopefully can get mine doing it. lol i do have a HKS SSQV but mine doesnt have a bolt for adjustment :S it was installed when i brought the car.
Can the original ECU be mapped, tweaked about with in anyway? I am under the impression it can be, only to a certain level, is this right? I'm not planning to mess around with it but just wanted to know just out of sheer interest? Thank you guys
Mine does it when cold. Are the pumps the same as the n/a pumps? It sounds like its coming from that area. I just hope I don't replace it and it ends up being the alternator pulley.. Are they very common on glanzas, the alternator pulley? Thank you.
