  1. Right just got off the phone to race tech going to ring them back in 10 to organise a time to take the car down and get it run in on the dyno. Will put my mind at rest!
  2. Ill have to give the car a proper run as i got scared as soon as i saw 18 but think that was coasting if im honest. Its the most nervous thing ever running a fresh engine for the first time!
  3. As i say ive only popped it round the block just to make sure nothing falls off haha! But when i saw the 18s, i was half on half off throttle so I'll report back after a proper run
  4. Is that the sensor with 3 wires on the thermostat housing
  5. Is yours still doing it? are your afr's normal now. My windband is brand spankin
  6. Hi guys. Only just finished my forged build and took the car out for its first run. On idle it sits around 12 afr on the wideband but i took it for a short run around the block and it went straight up to 18 at about 10 mph. Im running emanage ecu which was mapped to my tf035 before the rebuild. Ive got a fresh forged engine in there with the same turbo. Thought it should be fine on fueling under normal driving before i get it mapped again Anyone got any ideas why it goes lean so fast?
  7. its in a glanza so dont think the air con thing is an issue but i thought it has a fail safe so as soon as the sensor breaks or is unplugged it automatically brings the fan in as a safety precaution
  8. The green sensor in the back of the thermo housing With it plugged in, its on all the time. As soon as you unplug it stops
  9. Hi guys. Just re installed my engine and loom etc and my rad fan runs all the time. It stops when you u plug it? but thought it was supposed to start it when unplugged as a fail safe
  10. Probably mate as although you wont be hitting fuel cut due to a fuel cut defender or an emanage ecu, the boost will still creep to higher than the desired level. For example. I had my car mapped on an emanage blue at 1 bar CT9, when boosting through town it was fine but when you get on a straight flat out for a while, you will notice your boost creep up to 1.1 or maybe 1.2 bar
  11. Shes been off the road for 5 months haha. Blew it up so shes forged now bud
  12. ollie ive literally got everything apart from that old hose. No idea whats happened to it!
  13. Ye im having that same problem i reckon
  14. Hi guys, does anyone have a decent picture of their bottom rad hose fitted? I have a civic rad and ordered this kit and cant figure out how the bottom hose fits! Its like its too short My civic rads bottom outlet is on the left hand side at the bottom. Are others on the right? Thats the only thing i can think of
  15. Think its because of boost creep. Now your car can take in more air and your wastegate hole isnt large enough to let enough gas out and regulate the pressure. So your boost will rise when your cars on full chat and go above the fuel cut limit of .8 bar You will need to take the turno off and port the wastegate with a dremmel
  16. Na i was in a clio turning right waiting for you to go past. Glanzas not on the road for a couple of weeks yet!
  17. See you going through Horncastle Saturday morning
  18. See 3 starlets, 1 a white Sr and light blue i think and white. Possibly drongo boi off here in the white glanza
