You want to make sure it is forged as well if they are saying it is because if someone spent a couple grand forging an engine it wouldnt be running a FCD and adjustable fpr

I picked up a 2003 volvo v40 sport for 600 quid. Got the 1.9 diesel renault engine so returns 50mpg. Hands down matches starlet as best car ive owned each for very different reasons. I can literally so what i want in it, loads of space for engines/wheels/rubbish whatever and just service it every 10k. Its got 230k on the clock and still going strong

Just wondering what my glanza's worth as considering selling it.... I will first of all say its got a ticky top end which has been doing my sweed in every since the engine was built. It has no effect on the engine performance or the reliability. It sounds like a tappet noise but ive done all my clearances so was contemplating just wacking another head on see if it shuts it up. So in 2 minds whether to sell it now or try sort it, thats if it even needs sorting but im pixky and like a perfectly quiet engine. It has.. Forged engine with wiseco pistons, scat rods, king bearing and athena headgasket. Its running a reconned TD04 on emanage blue and made a healthy 280.7bhp at 1.4bar Has full genuine 98 spec lip kit with uncut bumpers. Full recaro interior in very good condition Oem LSD Enkei rs alloys with NS2Rs on front and T1Rs on the rear TRD shocks and 40mm springs 5zigen rep exhaust And other bits including, greedy boost controller, oem rear brace with plastics, RARB, wideband, jperformance front mount. Thatcam cat 2 alarm, 2 keys and fobs It comes with every bit of paperwork you can think of. Old MOTs, every dyno runs its ever had, all receipts and import paperwork.

Good day Just a quick one. I recently change the cup on my LSD driveshaft as i snapped the splines on my old 1. Just wondering does anybody know: Once the driveshaft is pushed into the gearbox and the spring clip has gone into place inside the box, should there be any movement in and out the box? Mine has about 1/4 inch movement back and forth once the splines have clipped into the box (same as the arrow ive put on the picture) Is this normal? Thanks guys

Just just used some 0.5mm screened cable. Just make sure the screen is earthed at one end. Could only get hold of 2 core but just used one of the cores and the others just sat there not wired in as a spare

I made 173bhp on a knackered ct9 burning oil at 1 bar. Would say 180 to 190 is about normal on healthy standard ct9 at 1 bar

Looking wicked mate. Im going for an omex on the glanza end of this year see how it goes my emanage blue just doesnt cut the mustard. Nice that you have the screamer option. Me personally prefers the sound of turbo and exhaust over pure screamer noise
