When I was mocking it up, I couldn't work out what way the supports at the bottom went. Was sure if they attached to the bottom or top of the cross member. Did you drill out the holes in the wings just?

Normally I wouldn't suggest the above as I like to do everything above board, but being in Nairobi I'm not sure what laws and regulations apply there. Have you tried PayPal? Or if you bought on an AMEX their regulations apply across the board.

When I was taxing my car from it being SORN, I went to six post offices and none of them could do it. So I had to drive to Belfast (no tax) to get it done in the DVLA office. I couldn't do it either as I only bought the insurance the night before. Paying monthly is also good, although the post office already do it, but again hassle going down once a month to pay £7. We already have tax cameras on the main routes in N.I. so no change there.

Not let it put you off mate, 99.9% of members are not out to rip people off. Your best going for people with a high post count and feedback.
