  1. don't you find that you end up waiting ages for the bottle to empty? i usually end up stopping after i've applied 2 coats
  2. looks sweet! yeah, i use about the same ratio do you end up using the full bottle per wash? i did the first time and ended up getting bored of waiting for the bottle to finish...now i only fill up half an inch and half as much warm water i have a karcher pressure washer with a snowfoam lance from cleanyourcar.co.uk been really happy with that setup! http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-and-...s/prod_371.html using the valet pro ph neutral wash http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/washing-and-...m/prod_500.html
  3. Hey everyone! Who here snowfoams their cars? How do you go about doing it? (how much do you mix etc) was having a discussion and thought we'd widen it out a little
  4. nice looking car you have there! it's sooo clean *drools*
  5. wow! Sweet build thread here!
  6. looking good! love how low the car is! nice install in the boot!
  7. Each to their own. The system was built to be musical, not just to pump out pure SPL numbers. The intention of our starlet was so it would be a demonstrator for all the services that we offer. vinyl wraping window tinting in car entertainment car alarms The car has also gathered a lot of attention where it goes so it's a fairly successful WIP project for us.
  8. Update time guys! Had the rear spoiler and hatch wrapped in carbon as well, so the bonnet, roof and rear are now covered in carbon
  9. this build is bonkers! good luck with the rest of the build! will be keeping an eye on this one for sure!
  10. love the build for this car! everything is spot on! very impressive!
  11. Thanks everyone The next few plans for the car include wrapping the spoiler/boot in carbon! Stay Tuned!
  12. where does the noise come from the most the best thing would be to tackle it bit by bit if from the rear, then get the boot section done first then the rear quarters then the doors then the floor and headliner if necessary
  13. this price is for the full car - that means seats coming out, door cards coming off as well as pannels plus it includes the cost of materials (dynalite is more expensive than dynamat)
  14. well there are always issues regarding box building, either it the box was made even slightly aesthetically pleasing then it would loose output as my colleague wanted to go for a sealed box - for the benefits that sealed has over other box styles - ported/bandpass/t-line etc - that design would ensure maximum output with all things considered! haha...
  15. as it's a glaza, we'd only recommend using the Superlite variant of Dynamat inclusive of labour, it's going to be about £650 if you're after some more information, you're welcome to give us a call and speak to the sales department who will give you a run down of everything! 01923 510 262 As for the vinyl wrap, it is a bit of a marmite mod, some do hate it while others love, me personally - I only like subtle bits in CF (this glanza isn't mine - owned and driven by one of my colleagues)
  16. here you go! pic does no justice, but it's dark outside and i don't have my slr on me!
  17. If you're after a cheaper alternative, something like evostick's flashband(yeah it's for roofing i know) is definitely worth a look at while it is a lot cheaper (a £10 roll from B&Q will get you a huge amount) you also need a lot more of it) the spoiler hasn't been wrapped just yet haha, that is one on our to-do list I will try and get a few pictures of the bonnet(you'll have to excuse the quality of the pic...will be from a phone!)
  18. before the system went it, several layers of dynamat was installed throughout the whole car... no rattle!
  19. thanks for the comments guy! the point was, as we are a car audio specialist...to put a load of sound in the car! and yeah, you bet it's loud if i say so myself! As Raffa_MK said, bass always plays better in hatches...so it was an ideal starting car!
  20. was done by ourselves, at it'll be about £180 subject to the colour of the wrap
  21. Thanks again guys! Sig is now smaller and a build thread(of sorts!) is now up!
