  1. ive payed ok mate. ive just looked on trax website and the 10.00 and 11.40 track time is sold out. So im going to go for the 3.10 and pay for that sometime this week.

  4. all sorted now put original boost solenoid back in and not over boosting as much as before only a bit of boost creep in 4th and 5th. it goes really well now but it feels like the turbo is kicking in to late around 5,000.
  5. as above has anybody had any problems does the linkage inside break.

  7. i want to try the original boost controller if u have got one. i suppose i could use a manual one jus to try it aswell.
  8. thought it mite of been u. thats wat im going to do mate if i can find the original boost controller im pretty sure its that but was just checking if any one else had any thoughts. You would happen to still have your original one kicking about to borrow if i cant find mine .
  9. alrite mate do u have the one with the ats cup wheels if u have ive spoke to u a few times. ive got a hks boost controller i think its fucked wat ever pressure u set it at it dosent control it. im going to look through the spares it came with and see if the standard boost solenoid is there and fit that ant try it.
  10. as above is over boosting ive even open the wategate right up to try and still over boosting

  14. thats wat i was thinking could be to much boost creep but wasnt sure i ive been looking for a hks actuator for a while ive found one tonight so bought that one so will put that on and try it out. im going to port the waste gate a little aswell. factory setting for the release on the fuel cut defender is 10 and ive worked all the way down to 1.

  16. i was thinking correct me if im wrong to get a adjustable asctuator so i can set it up just before 1bar then see if this cures the problem as it wont be boosting past 1 bar.
  17. the clamp is on setting 6 which was set up on the rollers just before fuel cut then the release should be to make the new fuel cut but ive gone from 10 to 1 and has made a difference. my hks boost controller is set to 0.9 then boost to 1 i can boot it in 1st and second to 7 grand and its fine but in 3rd 4th and 5th can only rev to 5 grand then hits fuel cut.
  18. i followed all the wiring off here for the pin data ect.. its cancelled out standard fuel cut though as its boosting to 1 bar. its strange.
  19. 1 bar of boost ive tryed adjusting by 1 setting each time but still the same getting really pissed off with it. i understand road conditions are alot different to rolling road.
  20. mods ive got are front mount intercooler, zisco compact manifold,de cat, japspeed exhaust system, 255 fuel pump, sard adjustable fuel pressure regulator , turbo smart electronic fuel cut defender, hks boost controller. i fitted the fuel cut defender and fuel pressure regulator a few weeks ago and had it put on the rollers the bloke said that the afr were all fine through the range with standard fuel pressure so we left that then we set up the fuel cut defender to cancel out the standard fuel cut and set the new one. we checked afrs again all fine and didnt hit fuel cut so thought ideal jobs done. drove it home and it hit fuel cut in 3rd gear 4th gear and 5th. any suggestions please.

  24. its a bit of a weird one mate theres a fault there some where its just annoying knowing wat it is . almost like a circulation problem blocked some where then clears again.
