Where Can I Buy Exhaust PolyBush Rubbers?
steve-gers replied to HiReN's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Powerflex ones are not expensive, there £5 each delivered on ebay. -
Ah right I see, I thought they just had some slight control of injectors. In that case as long as fuel is safe then I suppose you could use it to emilinate fuel cut, possibly safer than FCD aswell.
-
Fuel cut works on boost. If you take away 15% fuel from base higher up the range you could be running lean and car will still fuel cut anyway.

Ebay, think its EXH005 but will check -
Are they not illegal?

Mapping is safer and better but is not needed especially on a CT9. Plenty of people have been running without management for years no bother and I ran a CT9 at 1bar for 2 years without management and now run a TD04 on emanage blue at a bar and has all been fine so far.
-
You may need some tissues when you watch this.
-
Should be ok as long as you don't adjust the boost but to be safe you could bring it back to stock boost for now then put all mods on, then turn it up when it's ready. If you don't have a wideband either buy or borrow one or book an hour on a rolling road that has got one.

You shouldn't have boost at 1bar just now without the rrfpr that you plan to get. Once you get it (you already have fcd) it would be best to set it up with a wideband to make sure the fuelling is ok.

I have a used one works fine though, you can have it if you pay postage.

Open diff is just a standard diff.
-
No, you only rotate housings don't alter the shaft.
-
Not tried the diff (it is not an LSD in an auto, just an open diff) but the shafts work fine in a manual box.

Cleaning polished lip on rota gt3..

Poorboys wheel sealant works very well on my wheels to keep all the crap off them an makes them far far easier to clean and polish. -
yeah rings would tend to usually wear fairly evenly across the cylinders although they could have been dodgy.

Original post updated, fuel computer sold pending payment. -
Just noticed your reply you probably have this done now but if you remove steering cowling to expose the plug for the lights then earth a multimeter to the chassis on the volts setting and test each connection whilst toggling your sidelights.

I have a WEPR external TD04 kit, when it was auto the screamer pointed directly onto the oil feed and return lines and burst through them so be careful. Also a very tight fit between rad hoses and screamer but a piece of rubber or silicone between them did the trick.
-
Plenty of people helped me out in the past with cheap parts to get me running again. Is there any other gaskets you need, as I still have quite a few left from the set?
-
I have brand new unused toyota headgasket left over from full engine gasket set. £35 delivered if you want it.
