How much warranty do these come with?

They were not 140bhp, the 20XE's (coscast head) were 156bhp and the C20XE (standard with cat) were 150bhp. I had a modded 20XE in a corsa and it was pretty quick and very torquey. Only weakness was the piece of shit corsa it was in. They are very goid engines though can take loads of punishment not to mention some of them are over 20 years old and still going strong.

Is heat range 8 not a bit much for that setup? I though 7 for upto 270bhp

Yes there fine tuning developments mapped my car it's running 222bhp and injectors are fine.

Yes return hose is the 90 degree rubber bend. People say to prime new turbo'sbut I'm pretty sure there is no need when just chsnging this part as the turbo will still have plenty of oil in it. When I put my new turbo on with no oil in it I never bothered priming it at all and its fine, guess it would be good practice to do it though.

No need to drain oil or bleed. Easy job, not much oil comes out when removing but best to stick a rag down to catch the few drips anyway.

Ct9 piping is over £100 on ebay, not worth paying that for a couple of pipes.

If anyone has CT9 turbo to cooler piping going cheap I will buy it.

I have a 0.5 bar spring and boost 0.85 low boost on TD04 and 1-1.1 bar high boost and it holds perfectly. I just use a cheapo demon motorsports external gate. Don't see the point spending loads on one when mine cost £80 brand new and works fine.

You can't boost below spring pressure so you maybe want 0.5 spring or something then you can adjust it higher with your ebc or bleed valve however you see fit. Also if you need a 38mm flange I have one.

Not a good idea to havr no inner arches, leaves the inner wings open to rust.
