    End of the day think an apology should be made personally and refunds or items posted, We all make mistakes and think this should be a learning curve for him, no point in lying anymore, just admit that he fooked up and own up and be the man, Just want my money back

    All I want is my money back, already had to fork out £54 for a mot retest as the headlamps didn't turn up in time and brought a headlamp from Toyota in the end, lost out because of this

    Oh I'm glad it's not just me then, fed up being fobbed off. Have asked for my money back through PayPal and ep91 starlet said I can have it when Royal Mail have returned the items to him. That would be great if he had sent them in the first place
