    Be advised that any water (ie flood water) that will get past the filter will make your engine go pop You can't compress water General rain water might be ok tho, wouldn't risk it myself and run a standard air of during winter

    Use a 17 or a 19mm spanner ( can't remember which) to hold the filter body also

    Been following you in Instagram coil packs are know for messing around due to heat issues. The fact that it does it when under load (ie revving it) also points to the coil, am sure someone on here has an old one you can chuck it on to check it
