  1. I forged my engine and ive done 660 miles since and two oil changes but I'm not fully 100% if i should change my oil now and fit on my wepr kit or wait till ive done 1000miles and then.

    anybody on here that can give me advice on what to do and when to.

    The wepr kit will be running .5 bar so low on boost.

  2. The turbo is already from Liam D.

    I'm not blaming the turbo because i had this problem with my old ct9 too..

    it feels like fuel cut and its so annoying.

    My car wont full boost until 3rd gear in low mode.

    i havent even had a chance to use high boost because of the way its acting.

    im going to get a video uploaded if i can.

  3. Hello everyone,

    Im having trouble with hi boost on my glanza.

    its running a stock ct9 with stock actuator.

    When i push the high boost in and try to drive its cuts out straight away.

    i have to accelerate through all the gears without slowing down, if i let my my foot of the throttle it'll jerk and feel like fuel cut. Its boosts between .7 - .8 bar.

    Since I've owned it I've been driving on low boost and now that its forged i need to get it sorted because i don't want to damage the engine.

    Anyone experienced a problem like this?

  4. When i switch my glanza from low to hi boost it suddenly cuts the revs and it feels like fuel cut.

    It even happened when the hks actuator was fitted.

    I have to constantly drive on low boost.

    can my vacuum pipes be fitted on wrong because my solenoid was bypassed and it still makes a difference when i switch from low to high boost and only two of my boost lights come on.

    Ive looped a pipe from the turbo to one of the actuator nipples and the other spare nipple on the actuator goes to the inlet mani.

    is this correct?

    And theres a loop on the boost solenoid.

    ill try get pictures today or tomorrow.

    im running stock ct9 with the solenoid bypassed.

    it shouldnt be doing this if its bypassed?

    Anybody know why this is happening

  5. Im having problems with my glanzas idle.

    when i first start it from cold it idles around 1400rpm and once it warms up the idle stays on 1100rpm.

    what can be the cause? Ive checked for air leaks and cannot find a leak.

    Anybody know?

  6. Ive had a look and i fink ive found the problem.

    When i remove the plug for tps while the engine is running and it starts to idle very high. At 3500rpm.

    and when the plug is connected it starts hunting for idle again between 1000rpm to 1500.

    Is the tps sensor faulty or does it need a clean and needs to be setup correctly.

    .ive got a 1.9mm head gasket can this cause anything. ?

    if i try to give little revs its splutters.

    ive got a fcd fitted but im not using it; can that cause the engine to idle rough?

    If i set the fcd to 0 will it disable it?

    What can cause the idle to hunt?
