  1. Ive checked all the vacuum pipes all seem to be in place only thing that confuses me is the two breather nipples on the steering rack are open.

    Does that affect anything got to do with steering?

  2. Last night I replaced the ewg spring with a 0.8 one but when I took it out for a test drive it was running only 0.3bar.

    Can there be a boost leak somewhere?

    My setup is a td04 wepr drag kit with a front mount intercooler setup on a forged engine.

    And the idle is always at 1100-1200rpms can a leak cause it to idle high?

    My glanza is quite noisey topend im suspecting that my valve clearances are off,

    Its done 1800miles since forged and the head rebuilt so I dont fink the sound can be piston slap?

    My question is what clearance should all of the new shims be at? Or do they vary?

    So for example all my intake side shims are getting replaced do all of them need to have the same clearances?

    Are these values right:

    Exhaust 0.012 inches - 0.016

    Intake 0.006 inches - 0.010

    I recently bought a emanage blue that was off a fto Mitsubishi.

    My question is that if I plug this ecu as it is into my car will it start my car and be able to drive to a mapper?

    Ive got a td04 setup running atm.

    Is there any chance that I can find a basemap for my setup just to take it to a mapper

  5. Thats where i brought my parts from. Great-buy-guy..

    i think the 9:1 comp ration is based on stock engine setup. Stock headgasket thickness without any machine work.

    If you decide to buy make sure they dont try and rip you off on import charges.

  6. Im running on wiseco flat top pistons 9:1 pistons on my forged glanza and they seem to be doing a pretty good job.

    im running td04 on low boost and it feels firm and there is only slight lag not as much as on dished pistons.

    Its a good way to reduce lag if forging and you dont want it to be lacking off boost

  7. Hello everyone i have fitted on my wepr topmount td04 kit and i have a problem with the turbo,

    When the boost kicks in my boost gauge reads .5 to .7bar

    It feels like im giving and letting the throttle go..

    Im suspecting the ewg but im not sure of it.

    anybody know what can cause this?
