Id stay with blue to be honest they work fine. My mate has 300bhp gt works fine on his save your money and put it towards something else.

Proper remap plug and play could be to any set up.

Not sure on the cups but I'd say they are the same. you will also need the rear box mount for it as they are different and also the sandwich plate as that is also different.

About 250bhp is max on stock internals tbh and that's pushing it a bit all depends how healthy the engine is and how good the map is.
