Sounds like my stat isn't opening then but my gauge goes to normal only changed it last year aswell for a genuine toyota one to. Shouldn't he get the head pressure tested just to be on the safe side ??

If you want to run a bar you need to ajust it to 1.10 mate should have said I'd have done it the other day I've got a evc4. there is 3 setting aswell alt will switch between 2 hi and low. there is also a 3rd setting mate sbc is another one that you set to say 1.2bar from anything from 5sec to 30sec and when you press it will go to the set boost for the set time

Hmm looks like my hg is gone to been like it for months then mine fills the overflow bottle up but sucks its self back in when it's called down and top rad hose goes quite hard coolant dosen't smell like its getting fumes In it strange.

Where do you get them from ??

I have a new rad to try when I get a mounting kit I changed my rad cap to a Trd 1.3 one and made no difference at all.

Mine dose this but my top hose is quite hard I've still not got to the bottom of it yet

Standard ecu cannot be mapped unless you have a jam blitz mines tomms tunned one as for your turbo look In the classifieds to give you an idea bud

Ecu mapped not if your hitting fuel cut your still on standard ecu bud the crack in the wastegate will give you boost creep hence why it's going so high bud.

Mine dose that well with the pipes going hard seams to be fine
