That does not sound good, If the actuator is rusty and not opening that would cause alot of over boosting. What about a little bit of wd40 around where the rod go into the the actuator (if it is sticking) ? and also un hook the actuator and see it can be moved with ease and agin wd40 if needed?

tbh i dont think they would be up to the job, i braced and rewelded my one at work n got the flanges skimed i am hoping that it will last lol i thot about td05 but my engine is not forged... any point running it at 1.0bar???

i made a diy screamer pipe at work, made from stainless pipe and a old autobahn downpipe total cost £40 my gt is in for its mot 2moro so i will try my best to get this fitted after it...if it passes
