Engine spec: Ross pistons Ths rods Arp bolts all round 1.4mm Athena head gasket Ported and polished head (gas flowed) Valves cut on 3 angles Chambers matched Ports knife edged She made 359 bhp on a stock a TD05 16g at 1.7bar That was with a stock inlet and 2" downpipe. I may run 2 bar to crack 400bhp Thanks everyone for there comments, I will keep you guys posted :-) -

As most of you guys will know i have been off the road due to getting banned in April, I set my self a goal to fix/replace some of the parts that were due a change or had broken. TIG welder mate, I am a welder and fabricator by trade. I would love to make make everything for my car but no pipe bender at work and no plazma cutters so its hard to make everything i was going to make a alloy inlet but time at work to do it... wont happen so bought one instead. Cheers lads

I was removing my turbo kit last week only to notice after 2 years that the zisco down pipe was only a 2" lol. So i thought 2.5" would be alot better! So i cut my own cut and sourced my own flanges and lambda thread from an old ct9 Downpipe, and bought 2 90* elbows from ebay costing less that £25. I made a jig with my zisco down pipe and welded it up, I am happy to say i test fitted it tonight and fits spot on I am aiming for more power and torque and will be fitting a zisco inlet... and more boost 400 here we go.... i hope

I was asked along to a rolling road day at wallace performance this morning with gary91 and jordk and a few other people from aberdeenshire. I was unsure where to go or not as i have only changed the air filter and raised the boost from 1.5bar to just under 1.7bar, but i needed a video and thought i would like to see it on the rollers Matty said a few tweaks to the ignition map could be made to get the boost to come in a wee bit earlier but apart from that spot on. video being uploaded very soon

stunning bit of work there, Like you said taggy... i bet he loves it lol its bad to see something like that... and then think that its someones pride and joy lol -
It can get a wee bit hairy at times lol It was really bad when i ran my td04 at 1.2bar as it was the mix of grip and power and she was all over the road.

I know i sometimes think i should get a n/a 91 to run about in, But then i would only use it on the weekends and a night or two a week... I would miss boost way too much Making up my new air intake to suit the elbow on the td05 i will get the lsd box in next weekend i hope

On my drive to work i check my ebc i am running 1.5bar lol not 1.6! i know... i dont see the point not using it It is 0.8bar- low 1.25bar- med 1.5bar- high

I got the car remapped at wallace performance today by Matty, I am running 1.6bar on a TD05H 16G. it feels like it took so long to get to this point but i am just wanting some better weather to get that power down And this is my daily very happy chappy
